Greetings from Sri Lanka

Hello,

Just a quick blog to update on my Sri Lanka trip. Not much has happened really. In a swanky hotel with sea view but unfortunately, have to leave it at 4:30am tommorrow to travel south. Secruity is also a big issue here - not use to this many guns around! Visited a psychiatric hospital and horticultural project today. The Africans were impressed because it was cleaner than theirs - it still looked pretty grim to me!
My faith in man kind is also being constantly reaffirmed by bringing good people together from all over the world. Maybe there's hope for mankind yet.

Off now to sweat in humidity.
